  • Complete understanding of quality assurance processes and software development Lifecycles.

Years of Experience 4 – 6 yrs
Job Description:

  • Provide robust test strategy and execution for multiple projects.
  • Ensure traceability between functional requirements and the final product.
  • Collect testing metrics (defects, planned vs. actual effort, etc.) and report on a periodic basis as per the procedure and a milestone report.
  • Attend Phase / Stage and Acceptance Meetings to review whether the phase / stage entry / exit criteria are met.
  • Lead and manage test related activities (Track Status, Issue and Risk Management, etc.) at the program level & Communicate to all relevant parties and address concerns/issues raised up by the team.
  • Monitor the quality of delivery of testing services to the projects.
  • Should outline and execute test automation across projects for productivity and quality enhancement.
  • Resolve escalations with Development/Delivery and support functions.
  • Conduct research on latest test tools, trends and methodologies and define and implement improvements in test development process and test solutions deployed.
  • Provide inputs on resource requirement forecast in testing areas.
  • Ensuring team builds required domain and functional knowledge.
  • Conduct test specific training as and when required
